INPS (Impact of Non-synonymous mutations on Protein Stability) is a web server for predicting the impact of non-synonymous Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (nsSNPs) on protein stability starting from protein sequence.

To start using INPS you simply need to upload FASTA sequence and mutation files and press the "Start prediciton" button. The server accepts a single FASTA sequence at least 30 residue long. Download example input data.

WARNING: a new version of the INPSMD server web site is under development. We plan to release the new version on Junuary 1st 2025. From that date, the new version will be up and running and will replace this one. All the JOBs submitted to the current version will be lost when the new website will be released.
