INPS-3D (Impact of Non-synonymous mutations on Protein Stability) is a web server for predicting the impact of non-synonymous Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (nsSNPs) on protein stability starting from protein structure.

To start using INPS-3D you need to submit PDB and mutation files using the upload fields below, insert the protein chain and press the "Submit job" button. The server accepts a single PDB file. Download example input data.

WARNING: a new version of the INPSMD server web site is under development. We plan to release the new version on Junuary 1st 2025.
